Vessel services

The port offers services for vessels. In addition to the port’s own services there are many specialized companies in the neighbourhood offering repair and maintenance services. These companies can be easiest reached by the port service / ship’s agent.

• mooring and unmooring
• towage
• electricity
• water
• ice breaking
• waste collection and environmental services

Mooring or unmooring

of a vessel must be ordered through the agent in advance. Only by separate agreement with the port a vessel can be exemped from using the port’s mooring and unmooring services.

Use VHF working channel  12  between ship-shore during mooring and unmooring services.
 

Towage

Towage can be arranged, but must be ordered in advance.

Electricity

The port can supply electricity to the vessels within the quay area (380 / 220 V 50Hz).

Water

Fresh water can be supplied.
